Getting started with your Ghost IT server

Welcome

After your order is paid and approved, your server appears in the server panel. Some products start automatically after payment. Products marked for manual approval will be prepared after the order has been reviewed.

First steps

  1. Sign in to the server panel using the same account email or username used for billing.
  2. Open Servers and select your server.
  3. Review the server name, assigned node, allocated memory, CPU limit, disk limit, and ports.
  4. Open the Console and start the server when the panel shows that it is ready.
  5. Use the Files or SFTP details shown by the panel when you need to upload configuration files or content.

The first startup can take longer while the container downloads its image, creates its files, or completes a first-run setup. Do not repeatedly click Start while that process is running.

Keep your access details private

Do not post passwords, bot tokens, database passwords, or SFTP credentials in public channels or support tickets. Use a private ticket when support needs information, and rotate a token if it was exposed.

If a server does not become ready after a reasonable amount of time, include the server name, the approximate time it started, and the last visible console message when contacting support.
